Most organizations focus development budget exclusively on senior leaders while individual contributors and front-line managers — who represent the vast majority of your workforce — receive little to no personal development. Yet these employees determine daily output, customer experience, and team culture.
The Workforce Optimization Lab is a scalable performance development program for individual contributors and managers (non-executive). Through a combination of workshops, group coaching, and individual development plans, it unlocks the latent potential sitting in every level of your organization.
